CHEESY BAKED TORTELLINI
INGREDIENTS
-1 Bag of frozen tortellini
-1 lb ground beef
-1 jar of pasta sauce (24 oz)
-1 8 oz cream cheese
-1 Cup Shredded Mozzarella
-1/2 Cup Shredded Parmesan
– 2 tsp Italian Seasoning
– 1 tbsp Onion Powder
– 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat your oven to 350. Spray a 9×13 pan with nonstick cooking spray.
2. Boil a pot of water and add your bag of frozen tortellini for 3 minutes. Drain.
3. Brown your ground beef along with the seasonings in a large skillet. Drain grease from the pan.
4. Add your jar of pasta sauce to the skillet, stir well.
5. Add your cream cheese to the skillet, stirring it until melted together.
6. Add the tortellini into the skillet. Gently mix together until coated in the sauce.
7. Pour the mixture into your greased baking dish and then top with the cheeses.
8. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes and then bake for an additional 2-3 minutes with the broiler on.
Pretty easy and fail proof, if you ask me! Just as good the next day AND no one in my house complained 🙂 I count that as a big win!
